Refund and Returns Policy

At Mohari USA, we stand behind the quality of our clothing and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Initiated for return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • With all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

Note: Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mohariusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@mohariusa.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and ensure a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Final Sale or Clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
